Getting started
Which areas do you serve?
We work across Suffolk County, including West Babylon and surrounding communities. Share your project location when you get in touch so we can discuss the scope and access.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Include the project location, the work you have in mind and your preferred timing. If you have drawings or photos, email them to James with the same name you use on the contact form.
Can I contact you before my plans are complete?
Yes. Tell us which details are decided and which are still open. We can discuss your starting point and the information needed for the next conversation.
How is a project quoted?
The scope, site conditions, materials and installation requirements all affect a quote. Share the available plans and project details so we can discuss what is included and what needs to be clarified.
Commercial work
What commercial millwork do you install?
Our commercial services include millwork installation for restaurants, hospitality spaces and offices, along with commercial cabinets, reception desks and countertops. The agreed scope is established for each project.
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. Commercial general contractors can share their drawings, scope and project schedule so we can discuss the installation package and coordination requirements.
Do you handle demolition?
We do not self-perform demolition. If demolition is needed, that work should be coordinated separately as part of the project plan.
Kitchens & bathrooms
Do you work on residential projects?
Yes. Our residential services include kitchen and bathroom remodeling, custom kitchen cabinetry and islands, kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities.
Can you help with a smaller bathroom?
We offer small-bathroom remodeling services. Share photos, dimensions if available and the changes you have in mind so we can discuss the space.
Do I need to choose finishes before contacting you?
You can get in touch while selections are still open. Let us know what you are considering and which parts of your plan are already confirmed.
Repairs & refinishing
Can you repair or refinish existing cabinets?
We offer commercial cabinet repair and refinishing. Photos of the existing cabinets and the areas of concern help start a useful discussion about the work required.
Should I repair, refinish or replace my cabinets?
That depends on their condition and what you want to change. Describe any damage, functional issues and finish concerns. The condition of the existing cabinetry needs to be assessed before a suitable approach can be recommended.
Do you offer kitchen cabinet refacing?
Kitchen cabinet refacing is part of our residential service range. Contact James to discuss your existing cabinets and what you would like to change.
